Dietary Requirements: Strictly Halaal
- Preheat oven at 165 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl melt the milk chocolate & butter.
- In a separate bowl lightly beat eggs and add to above mixture (stir gently).
- Gradually sift in premix, to remove any clumps, add in left over coarse granules of sugar to mixture and stir gently. Mixture must have a sticky consistency.
- Grease a baking pan 30×20 cm.
- Bake for +- 35 minutes, the top crusty and bottom wobbly. (Bake time may vary between oven types)
